The first floor has the main family room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining room table with seating for 8.  This home also features an enclosed front porch with breakfast nook and the backyard has a large deck with picnic table and gas grill for the perfect family BBQ at the shore.  The entire house has central air and ceiling fans in every room.  There is an outdoor shower for those long days on the beach. Full laundry facilities including washer and dryer are located in the basement and the driveway will hold 3 cars.  Internet/Wifi and cable television are located throughout the home with a total of 5 televisions.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom and second bedroom each with queen size beds and private baths. The third bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds with a half bath just outside the bedroom.  On the second floor is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and an additional family room.
