Our Location:
Just a 1-minute walk to the Washington Mall, 2 minutes to Congress Hall, and 3 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Cape May – you will LOVE this location! This Perry Street house has front-row seats for you and your friends to enjoy the Christmas Parade without leaving the comfort of your home! The owner of the Blue Pig Tavern (now Congress Hall grounds) used to live in this home!
Pool and Cabana area:
Check out the pictures of our brand-new PRIVATE POOL and fenced-in Italian marble cabana area! Be the envy of your friends with our 8-seater outside bar with a sink and grill. Don’t feel like going to the beach? Spend time sipping pina coladas in your private heated pool! We heat the pool to 90 degrees – the same temperature the world’s most luxurious resorts keep their pools – for your ultimate comfort and relaxation! The pool area includes an outdoor grill for family cookouts with an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a day at the beach! Please note that we usually close the pool starting in October.
Parking:
Our house has one of the largest off-street parking areas for an in-town Cape May house, with rare space for 4 cars. You will never have to worry about parking at 205 Perry Street! Never deal with meters again or wonder how long you will have to search for parking. Once at our house, park your car and never move it again until you leave.

Our historic 1840-built Cape May has been fully renovated from floor to ceiling! No expense was spared – SubZero refrigerator + extra fridge, ILVE cooking range, high-end lobster pot filler faucet over the range, center island with sink, granite open kitchen layout – every detail has been immaculately updated!
6 spacious bedrooms, 4 fully renovated bathrooms – including a large master bathroom with heated floors. Outside shower. Tankless water heaters so you never run out of hot water!
Enjoy afternoon tea and people-watching from our front porch! Being so close to the Congress Hall, see the wedding parties rush to the reception, or the Christmas Parade, which passes right in front of the house!
A Beach Box is available for all our guests right at the beach—no need to carry back and forth your chairs, beach umbrella, or toys. Keep everything secured right at the beach!

Policies:
Cape May is a family-friendly town, and this is our family beach home. We would love for you to make wonderful memories coming year after year to our home and ask that you respect the following:
• No prom parties, high-school parties, bachelor parties, college, or spring break
renters.
• No pets, no smoking
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
• Maximum of 12 guests
• Administrative fee: $350
• Refundable security deposit: $500
• Rental payments can be made in 2 installments.
Weekly rentals from June to August – Saturday to Saturday
5-night minimum stay at all other times. Please ask about nightly rates.
Linens and towels
Due to Cape May regulations, guests bring their own sheets and towels. Comforters, pillows, and blankets are provided. Local linen rental service information is provided for guests who prefer to have these items delivered.
