Our house has one of the most spacious parking areas for a location so close to the beach.  You will never have to worry about parking at 914 Stockton Ave!  Rare off-street parking for 3 cars.  Never deal with meters again or wonder how long you will have to search for parking.  Once at our house, park your car and never move it again until you leave.

Policies
Cape May is a family-friendly town and this is our family beach home.  We would love for you to make wonderful memories coming year-after-year to our home and ask that you respect the following:
• No prom parties, high-school parties bachelor parties, college, or spring break renters.
• No pets, no smoking – any smoke or pet detected after your departure will result in the loss of your security deposit.
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age.
• Maximum of 12 guests
If you have mis-represented your group, your lease will be voided, and you will not have access to the property.  No monies will be returned.
• Cleaning fee: $150
• Refundable security deposit: $500
• Rental payments can be made in 3 installments
• Check-in time is 4 pm.  Check-out time is 10 am.  Depending on availability, we will try to accommodate late check-outs in the off-season.
Linens and towels
Due to Cape May regulations, tenants bring their own sheets and towels.  Comforters, pillows, blankets, and mattress pads are provided.  Local linen rental service information is provided for guests who prefer to have these items delivered.
