Recently restored and renovated, Primrose on Congress Street boasts views of the award-winning Cape May beaches and Congress Hall – the oldest seaside resort in America – as well as Washington Street Mall known for some of the finest shops & dining in town. The house is filled with many upgrades including artwork done by a NYC artist and furniture that includes artisan pieces, antiques and handmade furnishings.

The entry and enclosed front porch has been restored to its original Victorian heritage on the outside and stimulates your senses on the inside with the back-lit stained glass window nestled between 2 sets of French doors and cozy furniture perfect for relaxing or spending time with family.  This room can be used as an extension of the living room or can be closed off for private conversation and quiet time.

The living room space is filled with Love-sac couches and leather swivel chairs for family fun and surround-sound entertainment from the oversized TV.

The super-sized gourmet kitchen is stunning with “lily pad” Spanish tiles and green granite countertops.  Appliances feature GE’s Cafe Series that are oversized and filled with many extras such as air fryer, convection oven; KitchenAid mixer and hand mixer.  The 12 foot mahogany table seats 12 and oversized island seats 4.  Coffee bar is equipped with a Ninja brew center.

This room serves as kitchen overflow with a table that seats 4 and is perfect for doing puzzles.  It also includes washer/dryer, powder room, cubbies for beach towels and flip-flops and all the amenities needed after coming in from the beach and outdoor shower.

Exquisite in its elegant simplicity, the 2nd floor master suite includes king bed with linens, smart tv with built in Roku, remote control shades and a private bath with rain shower head, Dyson hairdryer, towels and toiletries. Two sets of French doors lead to the outdoor porch that overlooks Congress Hall, the beach and Washington St.

Two bedrooms are located in the middle and back on the 2nd floor.  They include queen beds, smart tv’s, private baths with walk-in showers, linens, towels and toiletries.

Two bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor.  Entering the back bedroom will make you feel like a child again. The exposed open-beam room features dormers and built-in wall and ceiling bunks – 2 twin bunk beds and 2 full size beds.

The front bedroom  is also an open-beam concept and has 2 full beds, an oversized love-sac chair, smart tv, remote shade and a great view!

Shared bath features a separate private toilet area.

Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.  New Weber grill provided.
