To sleep 8, mattresses are King, Olympic Queen, Queen, & 2 Twins which can be pushed together for a King. On the 2nd floor is the large open great room with living room, dining area, breakfast bar & completely equipped gourmet granite kitchen that has high-end KitchenAid appliances & everything you need. The dining area features a large table with bench seating on the sides. The living room has a large flat-screen TV with true surround sound. There is a full-size washer & dryer, ironing board, a wide garage (no parking in garage) converted to a recreation room with a championship ping pong table and fridge & 2 car parking in the driveway. Plus, a fitness room at the pool house, shower & 2 BBQ grills on the pool (heated) deck.

Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday during the season and can be Wednesday to Wednesday during the off-season which allows for a long weekend. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out are 10:00 AM. Payment terms vary depending on the amount of rent. Usually, a $1,000. deposit is required at the time of signing the lease. The final payment is required 2 weeks prior to arrival. In addition, a $1,000. security deposit is required.
