Located 2 short blocks from the beach,(lifeguard protected in season) this shore home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. `With four floors of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone.
This home offers ample, flexible sleeping arrangements.
The first floor is self-contained with bedroom – king bed and a twin trundle bed; queen sleeper sofa in the living room; bathroom with shower; kitchenette and patio. Laundry room and pool table are also located on this floor.
The second floor is great for entertaining. On this floor, you will find large open kitchen, living and sitting room area. The whole family can gather here! You will also find the wet bar, dining room, 1/2 bath, and master bedroom, with a king bed and private bath on this level.
The third floor offers three ample size bedrooms all with their own private bath. 1st bedroom-queen bed; 2nd bedroom -1 queen and 1 full; 3rd bedroom – 1 full and a twin. You will also find a twin day bed located in the hallway sitting area.
On the fourth level relax and catch the ocean breeze as the windows wrap around the whole room.
Wood and tile floors and eight ceiling fans located throughout the house. Large covered front porch, back deck, private patio round out the amenities on this beautiful custom-built house. This house is well maintained and very clean.
