Queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for 5. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with 1 1-week minimum. Balance of year 3-day rentals are available, and year-round rentals are offered. Sheets, towels, and toiletries are not provided, and an additional turnover cleaning fee of $100.00.

Walk to the beach or enjoy the heated pool. Cape Roc also offers BBQ grills and an expansive patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables. Or, if you prefer to dine out, several restaurants are within minutes. The unit is easily accessible either by elevator or stairs and offers a laundry area with both washers and dryers. The beach is located a ½ block away, and 2 beach tags and 2 beach chairs are included for your use. Please note that, lost beach tags replacement fee is $200/tag. Bike racks and off-street parking are provided steps away. Park your car and enjoy riding your bike or walking to the beach. Shopping, dining, the boardwalk, and many other activities are only a short bike ride or walk away. No Pets Allowed.
