Welcome to 914 Stockton Avenue, a 5-bedroom 2-bath + outside shower + 2 decks – beach block home in beautiful Cape May. The house is a 2-minute walk to both the Jefferson and Queen beaches. Our beautiful beach home has been fully renovated from top to bottom – open living space, off-street parking, and a beach block location. In 2023, we just put in a new kitchen, outside shower, and new furniture throughout the house!

The central location is perfect for your family to explore and then regroup on the spacious deck or in the great room.

After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower makes it easy to get ready for an evening at the Wildwood Amusements Park, BBQ on the deck, or a romantic dinner and stroll.

Policies:
Cape May is a family-friendly town, and this is our family beach home. We would love for you to make wonderful memories coming year after year to our home and ask that you respect the following:

• No prom parties, high-school parties, bachelor parties, college, or spring break
renters.
• No pets, no smoking – any smoke or pet detected after your departure will result in
the loss of your security deposit.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
• Maximum of 10 guests

Linens and towels:
Due to Cape May regulations, guests bring their own sheets and towels. Comforters, pillows, blankets, and mattress pads are provided. Local linen rental service information is provided for guests who prefer to have these items delivered.
