May 30-june 5: $14,500/week $2400 a night (3-night minimum)
June 6- June 12th: $15,500/week $2400/ night (3-night minimum)
June 13-june 19th: $17,000/week
June 20st – june 26th : $18,500/week
June 27th – july 3th: $19,000/week
July 4th – july 10th $19,000/ week
July 11th – august 14th $ 18,500
August 15th- August 21: $17,500/ week
August 22nd – august 28th $17,500/week
Aug 29th – September 4th $15,750/week (includes Friday night of Labor Day weekend). If including Saturday and Sunday night of Labor Day weekend, add $5000.

Cleaning fee is $750
Damage deposit is $1500 for 4 nights to a full week, and $750 for max of 3 nights
