Give your entire family the unadulterated joy of days relaxing together at the shore. A vacation that will be truly treasured by all and definitely can’t be replicated. Our grand, Queen Anne Victorian beach house is a private home available to only one family or group at a time.

Our large three-story house has 16 bedrooms to sleep up to a maximum of 25 people. There is a large first level combo family room/sleeping area. Perfect for families with small children, teens or those who can’t easily climb stairs – sleeps 5 – 1 Queen bed and 3 twins) The second and third floors offer: Two adjoining bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each (1 room with a private bath and soaking Tub), 5 rooms with Double beds, 6 rooms with Single beds and 2 rooms with 2 Single beds in each. We have 5-1/2 baths plus an enclosed H/C outdoor shower. 4 TVs (3 in bedrooms) Washer/Dryer, off-street Parking for 6 cars, Expanded Cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The aromas from the kitchen tantalizingly waft throughout the house! Our fully equipped kitchen boasts a professional 6 burner gas stove and 2 refrigerators for preparing your own “special something”. Our dining room accommodates everyone at one seating.

We have been told that our screened porch is the largest private screened porch in Cape May at approximately 450 square feet. Did we mention that our porch is screened? It is fully furnished and comfortably seats 20. The unscreened part of the porch is approximately 300 square feet for additional enjoyment.

As you can see from our pictures, our décor is an eclectic mix of period and new pieces meant to be comfortable and enjoyed by young and old alike. Our common rooms are spacious and offer many distinct seating and activity venues. Our living room alone is 600 square feet. You definitely won’t get that “crowded-in” feeling unless you want it.

Over the years our beach house has hosted many extended family reunions, corporate seminars, retreats and golf outings. We offer special discounts to home-schooling groups.

Weekends and mid-week rentals are available before June 15 and after September 1 – 2 or 3-night minimums with deep discounts for the fourth to seventh night. Dates subject to change.
