Condo is on 3 floors and has been completely renovated with a brand-new bathroom, new modern European-style kitchen you can cook in, or order in or go out for the night. Newly renovated living room, dining area, and large master bedroom, with a loft for second bedroom.
The first-floor entrance has an armoire wall closet, a large mudroom/foyer, and a new stackable washer/dryer unit in the laundry area.
A Beautiful staircase leads up to the open floor plan kitchen, living room, and dining room which boasts lots of natural sunlight.
From the living room, French doors open into the large master bedroom, which has one queen-sized bed and one twin-size bed. There are two night tables, a large wardrobe armoire, a dresser, and a 50″ TV with plenty of room to relax.
There are additional stairs that lead up to the 3rd floor’s loft with a couch that converts to a twin bed and TV – can be used as a second-bedroom loft.
Pillows, blankets, and comforters provided.
Linens (Bed Sheets and Bath Towels) are not provided. Guests bring their own.

Beach parking available for weekly rentals only for an additional fee of 75.00. Beach parking space is directly across from the beach for easy beach access!
