Welcome to The Monroe at Cranberry Court!
Located in the heart of Cape May, park your car (directly outside your front door) and walk to everything you need while on vacation.
Located a couple of blocks from the beach and one block to the famous Washington Street Mall, where you’ll have a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment to choose from!
The Monroe @Cranberry Court, Unit A is a one-bedroom (king Bed), one bath condo.
Sleeps 2- 4. We offer a queen-size pullout sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room.
We’ll provide:
*Bath towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc.
*Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and basic cooking essentials
*Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent)
*Shampoo, conditioner, body wash
*Hair dryer
*Spa Robes (2)
*Family friendly items: Pack-N-Play and baby bath tub

About Beach Tags: Cape May beaches are within walking distance and will need beach tags (Memorial Day-Labor Day; children under 12 are free). We will provide you with 2 beach tags.
The condo has a private entrance in the back of the building.
Centrally located in Cape May, so you can park your car and walk to everything you’ll want or need while on vacation in Cape May.
Other things to note:
Cranberry Court has two retail shops located at the front of the building.
Our unit is located on the back side of the building. Tucked away from the street, it is private and quiet.
TV: WIFI/Smart TV allows you to log in to your personal TV streaming services. It also provides free channels. We do not offer traditional cable TV.
Beach Tags: We provide 2 beach tags for your use. Please do not lose these tags. If tags are missing/lost, you will be charged a $50 fee per tag.
Beach Towels: Please pack your beach towels.
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a check-in form will be sent with our rental agreement that requires your e-signature and a valid Driver’s License. There is a $500 security deposit hold. The hold is taken upon your arrival and released one day after checkout.
Must be 25 years old/er to rent our condo.

Rates vary depending on demand and time of year. Please email us with dates for a quote.
Rates can range from $250-$700 a night.
