The first floor contains 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds. One bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk beds, (a total of 4 single beds) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In addition, there are two pull-out double-bed sofas. There are 3 full bathrooms. All bathrooms have a shower, and there is also a bathtub in one of the bathrooms. The first-floor unit has a second living room area perfect for kids. There is a second refrigerator with a sink and counter area next to the second living room area. There are TVs in both living rooms, both bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and in the bunk bedroom. Large fully equipped, modern kitchen. Washer and
dryer. There are hardwood floors in the hallway, kitchen, and living room area. The bedrooms and the second living room have carpeting. The unit is also equipped with necessities such as Xfinity cable TV and WIFI. There is also a fenced-in courtyard complete with tables, chairs, and a gas grill.

Location
The property is conveniently located approximately 10 blocks from the beach and Washington Street Mall. It is across the street from a local convenience store, West Side Market, and next door to a breakfast restaurant and an Italian bistro. Very convenient for dining and take out. The property is also within a few blocks to numerous West Cape May shops.

No Pets – evidence of pets will cause a default of the lease with immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
No Smoking inside the property. Please be courteous to others who will stay at this property.

Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided for every bed. Linens,(sheets and pillowcases), towels, and toiletries are Not Included. Most people bring their own sheets. Bed sizes are noted in the property description. There are companies that will provide linens for your stay. Linens can be arranged to be dropped off at the property prior to your arrival and picked up after you leave.
