2025 Weekly Rental Rates
June 14 – June 28: $ 3,200.00 per week
June 28 – July 26: $ 3,500.00 per week
July 26 – Aug 30: $ 3,800.00 per week
Aug 30 – Sept 27: $ 3,200.00 per week
Plus $175 cleaning fee, $ 500.00 damage/excessive cleaning deposit
*a week is Saturday – Saturday
Please note: During the summer season, beach tags can be purchased prior to your visit by contacting the Borough of Cape May Point beach tag director. More information will follow during rental agreement process.
