A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at lease signing, and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the check-in date. A security deposit of $500 is required. This is 100% refundable within 3 days of checkout via Venmo or 10 days via US Mail. We highly recommend vacation rental insurance in the event that you need to cancel.
