The first floor has a living room with a cathedral ceiling and sliding doors out to your deck and private, fenced in backyard on the bay. Also on the first floor is your dining room with great water views, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, is on the second floor as well as the second bathroom. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars and plenty of parking on the street. (Owner brings dog if there are severe allergies.) Small dogs will be considered. Keurig coffee maker. Linens and bath towels provided.
