It has 2 bedrooms (queen in one, twin over full bunk in the other), 2 baths, 2 new decks, a huge outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, main living area with a sectional sofa, and large flat screen smart TV, sleeps up to 6 and is only 3 blocks to the beach and a short walk to the shops & restaurants on the Washington St. Mall.
- Linens and towels are available at no extra cost.
- 6 Beach tags, 4 beach chairs, and a beach cart are available for guests to use.

2024 Weekly Rental Rates
July/August: $3,800 per week (Saturday – Saturday Only)
September: $2,400 per week or $400 per night (3-night min)
October – December $1,800 per week or $300 per night (3-night min)
Cleaning Fee: $100
