Walking distance to the West Cape May Farmer’s Market behind Borough Hall on Tuesdays in the summertime.
The Guest House is situated behind the owner’s home on a large double lot. It features a first floor with a bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and living room area, and a second floor with two ensuite bedrooms. Small dining table inside, and a large dining table on the outdoor patio. Each bedroom features a queen size bed with linens. Each bath includes a full-sized shower stall; bath towels are provided. The outdoor shower will be available in the early summer, of 2024.
High-speed internet is available throughout the house. Recently purchased Smart TV in the living room. The second TV in the large 2nd-floor bedroom will take your USB streaming device. The large sectional couch in the living room – is great for movie nights with the family.
The home features a full kitchen with a Keurig or regular coffee maker, a full stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Gas grill on the outdoor patio. Central Air throughout. Large capacity stacked washer and dryer on the first floor. Pack-N-Play and highchair is available on request.
Parking for two vehicles on the property, additional vehicles may park for free on the street.
This property is available for weekly/monthly rentals only from mid-June through Labor Day, with shorter or longer rental options in May and through early December. Contact the owner for availability.
Owners live in the front house and are happy to provide recommendations on area attractions and dining.

2024 Rates
Weekly rates run from Saturday to Saturday
May (2-night min) – 275/night
June (2-night min) – 325/night
July through Saturday after Labor Day (3-night min) – 400/night
Saturday after Labor Day – December (2-night min) – 275/night
*Security deposit of $300 and half the rental fee will be due at the time of reservation. The remainder of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to reservation. Security deposits will be returned by check within 7 days of rental, assuming no issues exist in the unit that would require repair. Cashier’s check, money order, or personal check are accepted.
Cleaning Fee is $175
