The house is equipped with central air conditioning/heat and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Not feeling like a beach day…. enjoy the large side yard, with plenty of space to play catch or lounge by the fire pit while you grill dinner. Being offered as dog friendly as there is also a side yard that is separately fenced in. Parking, views and walking to the beach make this home a special place.
