This historic 1885 Victorian on Decatur Street has been lovingly restored! Located in the heart of the historic district, one block in either direction to the Cape May Beaches and the Washington Street Mall! The home’s historic details are evident throughout, with soaring ceilings, 3 bay windows, a grand staircase, and leaded glass window, yet it has been outfitted with modern amenities and updated with light and bright tasteful décor. This home can easily accommodate a large group of 18, with 8 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and one-half bath. All guests will sleep in a bed of their own, in a bedroom. There are two master suites one on the first floor with a queen size bed and one on the second floor with a king size bed. There are four additional bedrooms on the second floor perfect for families. Two in the front, one with a queen size bed and the second with bunk beds. These two bedrooms share a full private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms in the back of the second floor. One has a queen size bed and the second with trundle beds. These two bedrooms share a full private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the third floor. One with a king size bed and the second with four single beds. The third floor bedrooms share a full bathroom. There are two fold out single beds located on the third floor, which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Maximum 20 guests allowed. The large living room and family dining room which is open to the updated kitchen with a center island will welcome all of your guests to gather and enjoy this lovely seaside home. The outdoor spaces will not disappoint either! There is a charming wrap around porch, overlooking Decatur and Hughes streets where you can watch the horse & buggies pass by daily. The private yard, accessible from the kitchen (and 2nd and 3rd floors!) has a large play area, bbq grill, two picnic tables, plenty of sun and shade, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower! Please note, room dimensions on the floor plans are approximate and are only provided as a guide to identify the location of bedrooms, beds, and stairs. Closets, although not shown, are plentiful.

There is also a second kitchen on the third floor. This is complete with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, microwave and toaster oven.
