Stunning, historic home on the residential eastern end of Cape May. Our home boasts 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The home also has separate living areas to gather in on three different floors, including a basement bar and game room and attic living space, making it a great place to gather whether rain or shine. A large front porch with teak swings is perfect to enjoy ocean breezes and evening cocktails. The rear deck also has outdoor seating and gas grill. Off-street parking is available for up to four cars. Just five houses from the beach and a short walk to town, shops & restaurants. We require a 7 night minimum, Sunday-Sunday, during the prime summer season. Shorter stays may be considered if the house is available within 2 weeks of intended check-in.

Daily Rates are available in off-season (January through mid-May and October – December). Prices vary from $1,250/night to $1,450/night depending on month. Please reach out directly for exact pricing and availability.
Security Deposit of $1,250 for each booking.
No booking is confirmed until signed lease is returned to you from Owner. 50% of total rental payment and security deposit is required at booking, with balance due 45 days from check-in. Failure to adhere to payment schedule will result in forfeiture of rental.
