1112 Maryland is in the perfect location that shelters you from the hustle and bustle and noise in town but is a quick walk or bike ride to anywhere you want to go. It’s just 3 short blocks to the beach and the beach has a bathroom for your convenience. When at the shore, the outdoors is the place to be! The front porch with a daybed swing is a favorite for many! Enjoy BBQing in the backyard on the Weber grill while keeping drinks and condiments close by in the full-sized refrigerator in the cabana. Refresh in the oversized outdoor shower after a fun day on the beach. 8 beach chairs are available.

This smartly designed home offers space for everyone to gather as well as areas for time apart. The main living room, dining room, and kitchen area are large enough for all to gather. The dining table comfortably seats 12 and the kitchen island seats 4. With 2 sinks, a 36-inch range with 6 burners, and plenty of counter space, the kitchen can accommodate a few cooks. Behind the kitchen is the sun-drenched sunroom which overlooks the pool and backyard, A powder room is conveniently located by the back door. Next to the dedicated laundry room, you’ll find the first of 2 primary suites with a king bed, TV, and desk.

Upstairs you will find the second primary suite with a king bed and TV. A third en suite with a king bed overlooks the pool and backyard. Should anyone need a workspace there is a desk in this bright room. There are three additional bedrooms on this floor. The first has a king bed. The second has 2 bunk beds (twin beds over full beds) offering comfort for kids of all ages and sizes. The large TV can be viewed from all the beds. The home’s sixth bedroom serves as a flexible space. Two twin beds are positioned for maximum seating enjoyment of the 6th TV in the house. The table and stools are a great place to play one of the board games or do one of the puzzles available in the bookcase. And the wall-hanging Scrabble board brings the whole gang up to this room to play. The hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and double sinks completes the second floor.

Linens (bed linens, 14 bath towels, 14 hand towels, 14 washcloths, 14 beach towels, kitchen towels… yes, that just opened a lot of space in your car) are Included!

Sunday, August 24 – Tuesday, September 2 ~ $16,500 (9-night rental)

All leases require a $600 cleaning fee (including the supply of linens) + $1500 security deposit.
