screened- in porch. A full hall bath with tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer
complete this floor. On the ground level, you will find the well-stocked garage with
beach items for your use as well as 8 bicycles and locks. This level also provides an
additional “Bunk Room” that sleeps up to 8 guests.
