Our private beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking and sunbathing. Relax and rewind while watching dolphins, migrating birds, and the most incredible sunsets! The Dolphin Watch is located in a relaxed and family-oriented Beach Community just 10 miles from Victorian Cape May and City beaches. Our area boasts Zagat rated restaurants, Vineyards and family fun for everyone. This property is clean, modern and very comfortable with quality bedding. The Dolphin Watch is charming while offering magnificent waterfront views. The house is located directly on the water with nothing blocking your view of The Bay and the sandy white beach… The house offers sleeping for 6 people with 2 bedrooms (one queen-sized bed & two twins), 2 baths, a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a pull-out couch, outside private shower room with hot water, 1000 sq ft deck, awning room, large Weber gas grill, a washer/dryer in the laundry room, 2 outside dining areas, 4 teak wood rockers, a pet-friendly environment with ceramic flooring throughout and comfortable modern furnishings. We also provide 4 Cape May City beach tags for guest use if the ocean waves are your preference. Free WiFi and full cable line up on a large flat-screen TV. The house is equipped with central air conditioning/heat and ceiling fans for your comfort.

~Cleanliness standards at The Dolphin Watch~

Enhanced protocols and our Commitment to the Cleaning/Sanitizing Process – We have always demanded the highest levels of cleanliness as it’s our goal to provide a clean and comfortable “home away from home” for our guests. Since the onset of the COVID outbreak, our protocols have been reviewed and refined to include guidance from the CDC  and the medical hygiene industry at large. We have an established cleaning/sanitizing regime using the best medical grade cleansers with antibacterial agents to insure complete sanitization for the entire house with attention to all touch points.
Air Purification – The deep cleaning we do in between check-out and check-in includes  a 30-minute, 3 stage particle and germ filtration (with 3 filters including HEPA) with the final stage being a UVC irradiation. This process will clean/filter the air to remove dust, germs and viruses.  Guests will arrive to our purifiers still running on low speed although their jobs will be completed. Guests can feel free to leave them running on low or shut them off for the duration of your stay.
We provide….blankets, pillow protectors and mattress pads which are cleaned weekly. We do not provide sheets or towels/bathmats. This home has 1 queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen pullout in the family room. If you feel that you will need more than one blanket for each bed (and guest), please contact the linen ladies and order accordingly or bring an additional blanket from home.  Due to COVID regulations and the cleaning that is required, we can only provide 1 blanket per bed. Please know that the remaining throw pillows, curtains and furniture fabrics are sprayed with antibacterial agents and the white coverlets on the beds are bleached along with mattress pads for each stay. Our mattresses are encased with allergen/dust/mite proof covers as a matter of course. There are 6 pillows in the house for guest use currently.

*Cleaning fee of $125.00

A 50% deposit is due at lease signing and the balance is due 3 months prior to the reservation date. Security deposit required ($350.00) is split between the down payment and the last payment of the rental fee prior to the reservation date. This fee is 100% refundable within 10 days of checkout via US Mail. Security can also be returned via Venmo or PayPal within 1 day as requested by guest. Rental weeks run Sunday to Sunday. We are pet friendly and the pet fee $150. We highly recommend vacation rental insurance in the event that you need to cancel. Rental rates are posted up to 4 guests with a maximum of 6.
Each guest beyond 4 persons will be an additional $25.00 fee per night.
