Weekly Rates: 5/24/25 – 5/31/25 $5,000.00
5/31/25 – 6/14/25 $6,000.00
6/14/25 – 8/30/25 $7,400.00
8/30/25 – 10/4/25 $5,000.00

House Policies:

– Minimum Age for the Rental Agreement : 25 years old
– No parties or other events are allowed; No exceeding 12 person occupancy at the
house any time.
– Nonsmoking Rental (both inside and outside on the deck)
– No pets
– $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit

– 1⁄2 Deposit Required at the time of Booking; Balance due 60 days before the Arrival
date
– $250.00 Cleaning Fee
Cancellation:
If the rental is cancelled by the Guest, refund is available to the Guest only if the house is
re-rented for the same period at no financial loss to the Owner.
