11/25- 12/31 – range $750-$1200 per night… weekly rate ranges accordingly

We are a non-smoking property which means no smoking inside the house, on the porch, or anywhere on the property. If you have smokers in your group we suggest you rent a different property. We do issue leases. If you misrepresent your group your lease will be voided, you will not have access to the property and no money will be returned. Comforters, pillows, blankets, mattress pads, kitchen towels, and bath mats will be provided. As with most Cape May house rentals, tenants bring their own bedsheets and towels. Local linen rental service information is provided for guests who prefer to have these items delivered.

*Mandatory Cleaning Fee is $475
