Less than a mile from beaches and shopping has been completely renovated to accommodate a mobility-impaired person and their family as a vacation rental. Off-street parking on a flat paved surface connects to a walkway that leads to a ramped entrance on the side of the house.
The fully accessible first floor includes a bedroom and bathroom with a roll-in shower equipped for a wheelchair user. The living room, modern kitchen and dining areas are designed as open spaces to allow easy use. The laundry center has both a front loading washer and dryer. The large yard includes a patio and outside roll-in shower. The side porch is accessible from the living room.
The second floor features another full bath, a family room, two bedrooms with double beds, and a deck. The third floor has two small bedrooms each with a twin bed. Both sofas in the living room and the family room are sleep sofas. The house has a 2-zone central heating and air-conditioning system. The first-floor bedroom has a TV/VCR, the living room has a TV, and the family room has a TV/VCR/DVD combination – all with cable service. House is equipped with a high-speed Internet cable connection and a wireless router for your laptop. Bed linens and towels are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels and gear. This is a no smoking, no pets house with the exception of guide dogs.

Rentals begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday and the house must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Please call or e-mail us with the week or weeks you would like to rent in 2026. We will e-mail, fax, or mail you a rental agreement requesting 1/3 of the rent to hold the reservation. The balance together with a damage deposit is due a month before your rental begins. The damage deposit will be returned within a month after your rental unless there is a problem with damage or the need for exceptional cleaning.
