Every bedroom with its own flat screen TV and our den with a 50-inch wall hung flat-screen and Blu-ray DVD player plus a collection of DVDs for your use.
House is fully air-conditioned and heated and has Wi-Fi throughout. There is a full wraparound porch for enjoying the sights. There is a private fenced in Paver patio for barbecuing and seating for outdoor dining. The house also features a brand-new outdoor shower! Washer/Dryer on premises along with all modern amenities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Most en suite. Plenty of off street parking makes this a great stay. A Beach Box is available for all our guests right at the beach. No need to carry back and forth your chairs, etc. Keep everything secured right at the beach! Perfect house for extended families, reunions or corporate events. Great escape for the girls week away or guys golf outing. Lots of privacy for all. Come and make your own Cape May memories at this lovely vacation home.

August 23- August 29 $7,700/week (Includes Friday night of Labor Day weekend)
August 23 – September 1st Includes ALL of Labor Day weekend- 9 nights $ 10,650
August 30 – September 5th Includes Labor Day weekend Aug 30, 31, and Sept 1 plus 6 more nights, (9 nights) $ 10,650
August 31- Sept 2 (3 nights) $1200/night
August 31- Sept 5 $ 7,400/week $1200/ night
September 6th – October 3rd: $7000/week, $1150/night
October 4th-31st: $6,500/week, $ 1100/night
November 1- Through January 3rd, 2025: $5,800/week; $1050/night except Thanksgiving week/end, Christmas week/end, Parade weekend, Christmas week New Year’s Eve weekend $7,400/week; $1,300/night (three-night minimum)
Cleaning fee is $450
Damage Deposit: $1500 for 4 nights to a week and $750 for a max of 3-nights
