Sunset Cottage – Dog-friendly
Custom built home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bath home only steps to the sand and water. Master BR. has King and master bath, BR#2 has 1 twin and 1 double bed., BR#3 is flexible it can be used as one twin, 2 twins, or set up as a king using a king divider and king mattress pad provided. Please Note: Tenants are to provide their own linens, sheets, towels, and pillowcases. The owner provides hair dryers, kitchen towels, blankets, mattress pads, pillows, and comforters. All BRs have temperature-controlled ceiling fans. Each floor has a separate heating and air conditioning as well s electrostatic air filtration. HDTV w/3D Blu-ray DVD in the living room. Watch the porpoises play from your living room. You will enjoy the cool breezes from the water and fall asleep to surf sounds. Our home has the main living areas on the second floor while the bedrooms and laundry are on the first. The upstairs is bright and open with over 40 Pella windows and 12-15 foot ceilings. There is a circular glass fireplace at the top of the oak staircase and a separate sitting/den area with 180-degree views. There is also a great room, formal dining area, and a covered deck with table & chairs overlooking the water and beach. The kitchen is surrounded by a breakfast bar and has all stainless steel appliances, gas stove with a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher and is fully equipped with a coffee pot, blender, toast oven, and with everything else you will need. The first floor also has a covered porch with a table & chairs. The front foyer has Beach items: Chairs, cooler, toys, umbrella, and blanket, etc. Outside has a hot & cold water shower and a BarQ gas Propane Grill with picnic tables & chairs. Please note: Dog-friendly home and beach area, your four-legged family member is welcome with prior owner approval. Hypo-allergic dog breeds are preferred during the summer months due to families with allergies/asthma and limited time between renters.
