Our beautifully remodeled and refurnished 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located in a quieter area of town. Our association has a large in-ground pool with patio, cabana, shower, etc. for the use of the Meadows community. We are adjacent to the natural meadow area (a several acres open view) backing up to the Cape Island Creek, which is perfect for birding or enjoying the evening sunset.

Our first floor offers a large living room with fireplace, beautifully appointed furnishings (our couch is a Queen sized sofa bed), and 46" wall-mounted flat screen LCD Sony TV with cable and Blue Ray DVD player. Our separate dining room has hardwood flooring and offers seating for 6 persons. We have a kitchen counter overlooking our kitchen which seats 3. There is also a completely remodeled powder room on the first floor. Our brand new, completely remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, etc. for your stay.

Off our living room is a spacious deck with outside patio table, umbrella and seating for 6. There is also a "hard line" Kenmore gas Bar-B-Que for outdoor cooking and dining. On the second floor we have two master bedroom suites. The first master suite with King-sized bed and sitting area with 32" flat screen TV with Blu-ray, DVD/VHS;  private bath (with jacuzz tub, separate stall shower with hand-held shower, etc.); second master suite with King-sized bed and 24 " TV/DVD/VHS with cable; and a private bath with tub/ shower combination w/hand-held shower. A new full-size front-loading, high-efficiency Kenmore washer/dryer are also on the second floor.

The third floor is its own suite with a full bedroom (hardwood floors), two twin beds and new 24" flat screen HDTV (2011) with DVD/VHS. The third floor also features a full tiled bath with shower stall.

Our unit has a one-car garage for storing your beach items and a 2 car driveway (with additional central located guest parking). Our garage usually has some beach chairs, toys, and more for our guests to enjoy during your stay.

We are a short walk from fine dining, miniature golf, bike rentals, etc. Cape May also features bird watching (especially from our private back deck), golf, water sports and activities, fascinating tours and the largest collection of Victorian homes on the East coast. Cape May is close to Atlantic City; a short drive from Wilmington, Philadelphia and New York and a ferry ride from Lewes, Del.

Our unit has NEW two-zone central A/C, all new ceiling fan/ lights, new two-zone gas central heat, and spectacular meadow views from first-floor deck and second floor and our third floors. We limit our accommodation to eight (8) persons maximum. We supply blankets and pillows, but linens and towels are the responsibility of Tenant. We also have many of the other things you will need such as an iron, ironing board, hair dryers, etc. Our home is a no smoking and no pets unit for the benefit of all our tenants.

Our kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets and stainless-steel high-efficiency appliances, and has everything you will need for your vacation including stainless-steel sink with rinse, garbage disposal; Kenmore dishwasher; self cleaning Kenmore 5-burner gas range; GE counter-depth refrigerator with icemaker, water, etc.; and built in micro-hood. Our kitchen has new granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 from the dining room. The view from the kitchen extends through our French doors to the Meadows. The kitchen is also supplied with a blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, basic cooking items, and too much more to list!

We also provide Verizon internet service from May through December and gas Bar-B-Que on our deck from May - November. Our lease rates for summer 2011 are as follows:

There is a discount of 5% for a rental of two consecutive weeks; 7.5% for three consecutive weeks and 10% for four consecutive weeks or more. Other weekly and weekend rentals for spring and fall are also available from $495.00.
