Welcome to Cape Roc Condominium located in the beach block at New Jersey and Brooklyn Avenues.

You will love my condo! It is convenient and comfortable being recently upgraded/renovated with NEW kitchen, bathroom, flooring (carpet/porcelain tile), furniture, crown molding and is decorated with a touch of Cape May. I have a wonderful lighting program in the condo that consists of recessed lights, dimmers, under the cabinet lighting. etc. 

The condo sleeps up to four comfortably and is non-smoking, no pets condo. With the third floor you have the BEST views and I do not have obstructed views, do not look over Cape Roc roofs with a/c and I am not in the stairwell! The condo bedroom window overlooks the ever beautiful ocean/beach/dunes. I have chairs/table in front of the condo and it is comfortable to sit out and enjoy the view.

C-312 overlooks the large heated pool/ kiddy pool and the historical Columns Cottage/lovely grounds.  The condo is conveniently centrally located in the multi dwelling building close to stairs/elevator, trash/recyclable room & laundry (coin operated) rooms. Amenities include central a/c, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, ceiling fan, 20" Sony TV, DVD, CD, VCR, recess lighting, dimmer switches, beach chairs, medium umbrella, and much more. There are lots of extras in the condo that are there for your convenience.

You do need to bring your linens, bathroom towels and any personal items. It is just like home with all of the extras in the condo and that is for your convenience. There is off street parking for one vehicle WITHOUT assigned parking. Two handicap spaces are provided on the Cape Roc property close to ramp/elevator. Also, New Jersey Avenue is one of the few non-meter avenues where we are located.
 
Cape Roc has so much to offer being in the beach block. We have large patios with gas grills, tables/chairs/umbrellas, lounge chairs, flowers, etc. It is popular to cook out and enjoy your meal on the patio or back at the condo.
