Welcome to Cape Roc Condominium located in the beach
block at New Jersey and Brooklyn Avenues. Put your feet right in the sand
with beach access on Beach and Brooklyn Avenues. Two attractively decorated,
non-smoking/no pet condos on the third floor (top floor) with C-312
overlooking the pool and C-317 overlooking the patio. Both are centrally
located in the building near elevator/stairs. Walk
in the door and the living room (sleeper sofa) opens up to the dining room.
A new tiled bathroom with shower is across from the new walk-through
kitchen. Enjoy the bedroom (two double beds with
firm mattresses/condo) view of dunes, beach & ocean. Each condo comes with
central a/c, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, ceiling fan,
telephone (local calls), 20" Sony TV, DVD, CD, VCR, recess lighting, dimmer
switches, 2 beach tags, beach chairs, medium umbrella, and much more. The
condo sleeps up to four. Tenant needs to supply linens and towels. There are
lots of extras in the condo that are there for your convenience. |

trolley/walking tours, carriage and train rides, beautiful beaches,
bicycling, theater, tennis, shopping, fine dining, outdoor concerts, and
much more. Also, visit Cape May Point’s NJ State Park and restored
lighthouse, historical Cold Spring Village, Cape May County Zoo, and Cape
May Lewis Ferry for a fun day.
