Our one bedroom, 2nd floor, totally renovated Cape Roc condo is ready
for your summer enjoyment.
Officially designated a National
Historic Landmark city, Cape May's renowned family
beaches and historic sights await, as well as
the comfort of a new summer-white kitchen, new porcelain
tile bath, a bedroom with two new full-sized beds, and a new
sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bring your laptop, and after a
day at the beach, you can surf the internet with our high
speed wireless internet access, or channel-surf on the
32" flat screen cable TV. Then take an evening stroll into
the historic downtown district, for a trip back in time
you'll never forget.
We provide blankets & pillows, and as is customary in Cape
May, tenants supply the linens & towels. Local linen supply
services are also available for those who prefer that
convenience.
Walk to the beach, dip in the new heated pool, or just relax on
the veranda with a cool summer drink… You can make this year, your
family's summer to remember, at our place in Cape May.

Weekend and
partial-week rates are available for off-season,
two-night minimum. Please contact us for further
details. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in time is 2 pm, check out is 10 am.
For the comfort of
all our guests, pets or smoking are not permitted.
To secure your stay, a 50% deposit is required upon
signing the rental
agreement. The balance, plus a $150.00 refundable
security deposit is due 30 days prior to your arrival
date.
