The Cape Roc is a condominium located on the East end of Cape May near the site of the former Christian Admiral hotel. The condominium has a private, heated pool (open May through October), outdoor shower, gas bar-b-que grills, patio deck with chairs and umbrellas, on-site washers and dryers, bicycle racks, outside shower, etc.
Our unit is one - half block from the beach, with private parking for one car and is within walking distance to fine dining, miniature golf, bike rentals, etc. Cape May also features bird watching, golf, water sports and activities, fascinating tours and the largest collection of Victorian homes on the East coast. Cape May is close to Atlantic City; a short drive from Wilmington, Philadelphia, and New York; and a ferry ride from Lewes, Del.
We are continually updating our one-bedroom condominium which has new central A/C, two ceiling fan/lights, and new central heat. The unit sleeps four (4) persons maximum and has an ocean view from the bedroom. This is also a no smoking and no pets unit for the benefit of all our tenants.
Our unit is beautifully appointed and has the following amenities: White kitchen cabinets; Kenmore dishwasher; self-cleaning Kenmore electric range; refrigerator (with icemaker!). The kitchen is supplied with a blender, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, basic cooking items, etc. In 2010, we completely renovated our bedroom with fresh paint, a new Queen-sized summer furniture suite with 20" TV, armoire, new window treatments and new queen sized mattress as well.
A new armoire with new 32" flatscreen TV (with cable hook-up) and Blu-ray/DVD player has been located in the living room (which has a new queen sized sofa bed) for 2011 with a separate CD player. The dining area has a ceramic-topped table with table and four chairs. There is a 20" flat-screen TV (with cable) and DVD/VCR player in the bedroom. Our bathroom has a tub/shower combination. We also have many of the other things you may need, such as hair dryers, iron, ironing board, etc.
Linens and towels are the responsibility of our Guests.

There is a discount of 5% for a rental of two weeks; 7.5% for three weeks and 10% for four weeks or more. Other weekly and weekend rentals for spring and fall are also available from $395.00.
