How it works:

• Call, email, or visit to request an advertising packet.
• Complete the rental agreement and photo shoot request form. Fax or email them to us.
• Write a description of your property and list the major amenities. Email these along with your rates and any photos you are supplying.
• We'll take pictures of your property and email you a link to view your them online. Select the ones you want to use, or we can choose for you.
• Once we have your materials, it takes us 2-3 business days to create your ad. We'll email you a link to preview it.
• Request changes to your ad or approve it for publication. (Don't worry about getting it perfect - you can request changes at any time.)

Pricing

Basic Advertisement $389 per year**

12-month advertisement. Includes a professional photo shoot*, 7 photographs, unlimited categories, and online calendar.

Additional Photographs add $10 each per year

Give a better impression of your property with more photographs. Display up to 17 photos per listing.

Embedded Video add $20 per year

Embed a YouTube video of your property for a more realistic online tour. (Note: We do not produce videos. You must create and upload it yourself.)

Embedded Google Map add $20 per year

Show off the location of your property by adding a Google Map to your listing

Featured Rental $65 per week

Maximum exposure for your rental ad from the first page of CapeMayRentals.com! Available weekly. Call us at 609-898-4500 or log into your control panel for more information.

CD of high-resolution images $50

Get a CD of the high-resolution images from your photo shoot.

Multiple Property Discounts $40 off per year

* There is no discount if you provide your own photographs. We accept digital images only, free of time stamps and other obstructions. Photographs taken by a member of our staff remain the property of Cape Publishing, Inc. You may purchase a license to use them in other advertising.
