More like a home than a rental! This townhouse condo is luxurious living at the beach. This three story townhouse in the exclusive Diamond Beach section of Wildwood Crest is just one block from the beach.
This SPACIOUS TOWNHOUSE is completely equipped for your enjoyment. The first floor has a LARGE LIVING ROOM with TV and DVD player. The DINING AREA is large and ideal for dinner or an evening of games. There is a BALCONY off the Dining Area so you can enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the ocean view. The KITCHEN is modern and fully equipped. APPLIANCES ARE NEW. The granite counter has 4 stools for informal meals. The closet off the kitchen contains a stack WASHER AND DRYER.
The second floor MASTER BEDROOM has a vaulted ceiling, Queen Size Bed and FULL BATH WITH SHOWER ENCLOSURE AND JACUZZI TUB. Enjoy the breeze of the ceiling fan while watching TV. There is a balcony with ocean view. The SECOND BEDROOM sleeps two with a full length mirrored closet door. It has a deck overlooking the pool area. There is a FULL BATH down the hall. The third floor loft is ready for kids. There are 2 bunk beds each with a full mattress on the bottom. One is a Futon that folds into a sofa. Perfect for watching the TV/DVD. There is a ceiling fan. The loft overlooks the Living Room.
There is a HEATED POOL complete with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, children's pool and play ground area. This spacious townhouse has two COVERED PARKING SPOTS and storage for beach chairs, boogie boards or bikes. There is also an OUTDOOR SHOWER. A LARGER PLAYGROUND is only one block from the condo.
The Diamond Beach area at Wildwood Crest is the place for REST AND RELAXATION. Stroll the beaches, collect shells or just sit on a beach chair and listen to the ocean. On the west side of the island, watch spectacular sunsets at SUNSET LAKE. You will also find all sorts of water sports: jet skiing, water skiing and boating. To find fishing excursions, look no farther than CREST HARBOR where you can find full and half day trips into the Atlantic.
Wildwood is famous for its BOARDWALK AND AMUSEMENT PIER. There is a TROLLEY from the end of our block that goes to the Boardwalk and Amusement area. Enjoy sailing, hiking or antiquing. You can take the FERRY TO REHOBOTH BEACH for Outlet Shopping or enjoy VICTORIAN CAPE MAY. ATLANTIC CITY CASINOS are just 45 minutes away.
