The first floor features a large living room with comfortable seating for a crowd, a gas fireplace, game table, TV, Stereo, VCR and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, barware, pots and pans … everything you need.

There is a convenient breakfast room or “kid’s” eating area, with a separate bar sink, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The dining room is spacious and comfortable and can easily seat fourteen people. Play the piano during dessert and cordials!

Bedrooms radiate off of large center hallways in a symmetrical arrangement – four bedrooms on the second floor and four on the third floor.

On the oceanfront, the queen bedroom has a custom-made antique four poster canopied bed, and a TV.

The bedroom across the hall, also on the oceanfront, features antique four poster twin beds and highboy, with sunrise water views to the East. This bedroom shares a connecting door with the king bedroom behind it.

The adjoining bedroom features a king size bed, antique dresser, TV, and bay window with sunrise views to the East. This room also has its own entrance from the hall.

Across the hall is a smaller bedroom with an antique double bed and dresser, and a TV.

There are two bathrooms on the second floor. The back bath is a charming throwback to the ‘1890’s with an antique claw foot tub, marble sink, and original wainscoting. A modern tile shower has been added. The front bathroom has been redone with a tile shower and vanity.

The second floor porch can’t be beat for the best ocean views in Cape May.

The third floor mirrors the layout of the second floor…four bedrooms off a wide central hall.

On the third floor, there is fresh and breezy cottage white furniture and iron beds for a “beachier” décor.

The ocean front bedroom features extra-long twin beds, and a TV, great for teenagers. A spare trundle mattress can easily be moved into this room for "slumber party" sleeping.

Across the hall, on the ocean front, is a bedroom with a queen-sized iron bed, white cottage furniture, and a TV. Great ocean and sunrise views. Step out to the “crow’s nest” porch for the best vistas around.

In back is a smaller bedroom with two twin beds - a great room for little kids! Sunrise views to the East from bed but kids prefer the housetops to the North! There is also a full-size crib in this room.

Across the hall is a bedroom with a queen size iron bed, and matching daybed with trundle for extra sleeping, plus a TV. This room can accommodate three.

There is one bathroom on the third floor, with a tiled shower.
