The roomy house sleeps ten comfortably - no sofa beds, no cots
tucked in the corner of a hallway. One bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedrooms
have queen-size beds and the two others have two singles each.

In addition to the bedrooms, your gang can gather in the large
living or dining rooms, or in the huge eat-in kitchen. Although the home
is historic, the amenities are fully modern - central air on the first floor and
new window units in all of the bedrooms.

But the house is just the beginning.
Beyond the deck and large yard a tropical paradise awaits with a
beautiful pool and waterfall. Relax in the cool water, lounge on the padded
chaises, or nap in the fabric hammock. It’s your own private getaway.

|
The living room is equipped with a television, DVD player, and a
home theatre sound system, while three of the bedrooms have TVs as well.
|
|
Of course, if you choose to leave the enclave, there are
shopping and restaurants steps away (we’re three blocks from the Washington
Street mall) and it’s only a short walk to the beach (about six blocks away).

Off season nights
are $500/night with a three-night minimum.
May and September nights (including a heated pool!)
are $2050/three nights or
