Patron of the Sea sits just one half block from the beach and
is just minutes from the shopping mall, convention center and

The exterior architecture is that of a three
story mansard style Victorian. There are two wrap around
porches on the first and second floor and a front deck on the
third floor. The property is surrounded by a
Victorian-style fence and is fronted by a lovely garden,
complete with a sand-castle water fountain and lovely roses. To
the rear of the house is a large fenced-in grassy yard, with an
outdoor shower, grill and lawn furniture.
The interior of the
house is decorated in Victorian furnishings and accessories.
Hand painted murals and accents appear throughout, along with
leaded glass windows and antique furniture and art work.

The first
floor presents a large open floor plan.

which houses the kitchen (with large
