Reservation &
Refund Policy
A 50% deposit is due within 7
days in order to confirm your reservations.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
along with your security deposit ($1000.00.
In the event of cancellation, your deposit will
be refunded, minus a 10% service fee if we are
able to fill the vacancy caused by your
cancellation.
For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow
pets or smoking.
