City. The Point is known for our Lighthouse, State Park, beautiful
beaches and bird-watching. This is a small-town, family oriented
destination. You and your children will delight in a walk or bike
ride around Lake Lily or to the Pavilion Circle for beach
volleyball, basketball or just an area to play ball and hang out. |

The master bedroom on the second floor has a king
size bed and sofa. A small balcony offers views of a private wooded
courtyard garden. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds and a
sofa. Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms; one with twin beds and the
other with a queen bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor. |

The living room and dining room are painted with
soothing silver sage from Restoration Hardware and are furnished
with comfy furniture. |

The kitchen is a model of efficiency with white
painted cabinets. There are 4 ceiling fans as well as central A/C on
the 2nd floor and a split air conditioning system on the 1st floor.
An outdoor shower and wrap around deck complete this charming home. |
