This location is in easy walking distance (about 4-5 blocks) to both the beach and the Washington St. mall area. The house combines the charm of Victorian Cape May with all the conveniences of home, including central air conditioning. There are 5 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, which can sleep 12 people: a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and three other upstairs bedrooms containing three doubles and a queen bed. A first floor bedroom contains a comfortable futon. There are 2 ½ bathrooms and an enclosed outdoor shower.
The living space includes a fully equipped roomy kitchen with breakfast nook, living room, dining room, and large TV room with Cable and a VCR. In the back and off the kitchen is a 200 sq.ft. screened in porch, great for meals, games, or just relaxing. VCR and DVD players available. Encircling the house is a beautiful, spacious wrap-around porch, complete with ceiling fans and recessed lighting.
The property includes a fenced back yard with a gas grill, garage with second refrigerator, and off-street parking. The house is also handicapped-accessible.
