Walk to just about anything you need. Enjoy nearby shows, water sports, bird watching and shopping.
Our first floor has a covered front porch to relax on and watch the world go by. Living room has a TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and gas fireplace. If needed, the adjacent parlor enlarges the family space and seating options.
Privacy doors turn the parlor into a 4th bedroom with a pullout queen sofa bed and window air conditioner. Enjoy the large eat-in dining room with seating for 8. Kitchen has skylights and laundry area complete with washer/dryer and toilet facilities.
An awning provides a cool, shady back deck complete with tables and chairs for outdoor meals and entertainment. Located right off the kitchen it includes a roomy private warm water outdoor shower. The back yard is grassy and private from the street. It features a propane grill and quickest access to the beach.
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the middle bedroom contains 2 single beds
