Charm and hospitality are offered in our 1895 Victorian home. Located a few blocks from the beach, the Washington St. pedestrian shopping mall, fine restaurants, parks, bike rentals, wonderful shops, and miniature golf.

Walk to just about anything you need. Enjoy nearby shows, water sports, bird watching and shopping.

Our first floor has a shaded front porch to watch the world go by. Living room has a TV, DVD/VCR and gas fireplace. The parlor doubles the family space with extra seating if needed.

Privacy doors turn it into a 4th bedroom with a pullout queen sofa bed with window air conditioner. Enjoy the large eat-in dining room.. Kitchen has skylights and laundry area.   

The back deck has an umbrella table and chairs  and a roomy warm water outdoor shower. The back yard is private from the street. It features a propane grill and quickest access to the beach.

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the middle bedroom contains 2 single beds.
