Our first floor has a shaded front porch to watch
the world go by. Living room has a TV, DVD/VCR and gas fireplace.
The parlor doubles the family space with extra seating if needed. |

doors turn it into a 4th bedroom with a pullout queen
sofa bed with window air conditioner. Enjoy the large eat-in
dining room.. Kitchen has skylights and laundry area.
The back deck has an umbrella table and chairs and a roomy
warm water outdoor shower. The back yard is private from the
street. It features a propane grill and quickest access to the
beach.
The second floor offers 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning
and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the
middle bedroom contains 2 single beds. |
