Our home is a two-story duplex offering identical units (first floor and second floor) with heat and air conditioning. Each unit sleeps 7 and has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and one bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 1 single and 1 double bed. Pillows and blankets are provided but linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenants. The first floor living room offers a queen size sofa-bed; the second floor living room offers a queen-sized futon.

The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, radio with CD player and is completely equipped with dishes, pots and pans and flatware. TV and VCR are located in the living room with a CD player, tape player and receiver. Enjoy our huge backyard with our picnic table and charcoal B'BQ grill. (charcoal is supplied) We now have an enclosed outside shower!

We are within walking distance to the beach, miniature golf, bike rentals, and the Washington Street Mall. Cape May also features bird watching, golf, water sports, and the largest collection of Victorian homes on the East Coast.
