First bedroom offers a double bed with sliders that lead to the side yard. A jack and jill bathroom attaches to a second bedroom which is also a double bed. Third bedroom is a double sleeper sofa with sliders to the back yard. Each bedroom has its own TV. The second floor offers a large open living room, dining room and kitched with a cathedral ceiling with gas fireplace. A bedroom with a king sized bed, sliders to the wrap around porch which affords selective views of the bay. There is also a full bathroom on the second floor.
