Relax as you sit on the swing of this front porch and listen to the clippity-clop of the horse-drawn carriages go by.

This delightful home is situated on a quiet street in West Cape May that is conveniently located within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The bird sanctuary is just one block away. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably accommodate as many as eight to ten people. It is the perfect vacation home for family and friends of all ages... any time of the year!

On the first floor you will find an eat-in kitchen that is equipped with all the conveniences; An electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and cookware which will help make your vacation as low maintenance as possible. For seating there is a dining table and a wrap around counter with stools. For outdoor eating, there is a wonderful screened-in back porch which leads to an outdoor barbeque area with picnic table and fenced-in back yard.

Also located on the first floor is a great family room with cathedral ceilings. This very comfortable room has a pull-out queen sofa for additional sleeping.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a full sized bed and cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, a walk in closet and cable TV. As an added bonus, enjoy the jacuzzi tub and shower, complimented with a sky light.

The second floor has a TV/game room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a full linen closet. There is a wrap around couch , TV/VCR/DVD with Nintendo 64, and a large storage closest with board games and other vacation necessities. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second has a set of twin beds and cable TV.

Rates and Policies

2013 Weekly Rates

$2,100 per week

Rentals are available year round
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm; check out is 11am. A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing the lease. The final 50% is required 30 days prior to your arrival date, in addition to a $250 refundable security deposit. Pillows and blankets are provided; please bring your own towels, pillow cases and sheets.

Off Season Weekend Rentals
2-night minimum (flexible check-in and check-out)
Bath and bed linens are included for your convenience.
Rate is $300 per night, plus a refundable $250 security deposit.

This is a non-smoking home. No pets, please.
