Cape May Point beaches have recently been renovated and they are pristine and
beautiful. Enough room so the kids can play in the sand without disturbing other
beachgoers. We love the peaceful ambiance. It is so relaxing just to sit there
and enjoy the view.
Great water views from the front deck!! You can sit and watch the boats out
on the water. Walk downstairs and you can see the beach access from our front
yard. Walk to the beach, no need to get in your car, our house is close enough
to run home and get a cool beverage! Our house is attractively furnished and
sleeps 10 adults comfortably.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in our two-story house.
The first floor contains 2 bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds and the other with
2 double beds, 1 full bath, and an indoor utility room with washer and dryer.
There is also a large, comfortably furnished screened porch with electric. Great
during the day or evening to just relax and catch up on your reading or maybe do
a jigsaw puzzle with the kids. There are many puzzles and games at the house, as
well as a picnic table on the porch.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 1 bath, kitchen,
living room, and dining room. The views from the dining/living area are
spectacular. You can see the water and watch the ferry crossing. There are wrap
around decks in the front and a private deck off the master bedroom where you
can enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper [the paper is delivered to
your doorstep every day].
The house has new 2-zone central air conditioning for those really muggy days
when you just want to kick up your feet and relax.
Some of the amenities that make our house special include 6 ceiling fans, a
fully equipped modern kitchen with new stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with
filtered water and icemaker, microwave, blender, coffee pot, and lots of dishes
and cookware. We supply lobster pots for that "seafood cook in." We also offer
free high speed Internet, including wireless for those who have to stay in
touch.
Every bedroom has a color TV, plus one in the living room, as
well as a DVD. We have provided telephone service with an answering system,
off-street parking for 4 cars, a charcoal BBQ, and a hot & cold outside shower.
Need more? There is a large backyard deck with a picnic table and comfortable
chairs for those times when you want to relax and enjoy The Point. We have many
areas for you to relax when you just want to sit and read or just think!
Our house is not just another beach rental. It is a place you will want to
enjoy year after year. We would like to share with you the peace and tranquility
of lovely Cape May Point. Our family has made memories that will last us a
lifetime and beyond. This is what we want you to do.
When my now 19-year-old granddaughter was 13, she made a comment that I will
always remember, "Gramma, the only things you should take from the beach are
memories, and the only things you should leave are footprints." That is how our
family feels about Cape May Point.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free home.
