Great views from the front deck!! You can see
the beach access from our front yard. Walk to the beach, no need to get in your car, our
house is close enough to run home and get a cool beverage! Vacation at our beautiful
2-story home in Cape May Point. Our home is 2,000 square feet including the lovely, cool
screened porch. We are confident that once you vacation here, you will return year after
year.
 There are a total of
4 bedrooms and 2 baths.
The first floor contains 2 bedrooms [2 twin
beds in one room and 2 double beds in the second room] 1 full bath, and an indoor utility
room with washer and dryer.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, the
kitchen, living room, and dining room. The upstairs bedrooms each contain 1 queen
bed.
The house has new 2-zone central air
conditioning for those really muggy days when you just want to kick up your feet and
relax. It is attractively furnished and sleeps 10 adults comfortably. 
There are wrap around decks in the front and a
private deck off the master bedroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee and read the
newspaper [the paper is delivered to your doorstep every day].
Some of the amenities include ceiling fans
throughout the house, a fully equipped modern kitchen with new stove, dishwasher,
refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, microwave, blender, coffee pot, and lots
of dishes and cookware. Every bedroom has a color TV, plus there is a 25" TV in the
living room, a VCR and DVD. We have provided telephone service with an answering system,
off-street parking for 4 cars, a charcoal BBQ, and a hot & cold outside
shower.
 Need more? Enjoy the large screened porch that
contains a picnic table and comfortable chairs when you need to chill out. There is a
backyard deck for those times when you want to relax and enjoy the Point. We have many
areas for you to relax when you just want to sit and read or just think! New for 2006, we
offer free high speed Internet, including wireless for those who have to stay in
touch.
 Our house is not just another beach rental. It is a place
you will want
to enjoy year after year. We would like to share with you the peace and
tranquility of lovely Cape May Point. Our family has made memories that
will last us a lifetime and beyond.
When my now 17-year-old granddaughter was 13, she made a comment
that I will always remember, "Gramma, the only things you should take from the beach are
memories, and the only things you should leave are footprints." That is how our family
feels about Cape May Point.
This is a smoke-free,
pet-free home.
