with large wrap around mahogany porch great for enjoying cocktails,
sunsets, or watching the horse drawn carriages stroll by.
House styled in cool Cape May colors centrally located for enjoying
beaches, lighthouse, sunset beach, and downtown Cape May. Bike
Rentals close by. First Floor: Sunny gourmet kitchen
features hardwood flooring, Corian counter top, Kraftmaid cabinetry
and all the conveniences including dishwasher, garbage disposal,
microwave, gas stove, large capacity refrigerator with ice maker,
coffee maker, toaster oven and a full compliment of glassware,
dishes and cookware. Dining room directly off of
the kitchen features chair rail and hardwood
floors.
Living room features Cable TV, home theatre surround
sound, VCR, DVD/CD Player, and XBOX gaming station and a brand new
sleeper sofa. For those who need to stay “connected” we
have high speed internet access! There is a large laundry room
with a separate entrance convenient for coming off the beach.
Second Floor: 4 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 2 full size
beds and two single beds. Each room features new high quality
mattresses. All rooms have nicely sized closets that provide ample
storage space. Second floor features a newly renovated full
bathroom. Stroll to the beach carefree and hands free; We provide a beach
box to store your beach chairs, toys, and umbrella. Just drop
them off at the beginning of the week and relax! Our Broadway
Beach features showers, bathrooms, and a beach grill with sandwiches
and snacks.
For the courtesy of all of our guests we do not permit any pets
nor smoking on the premises. |

Rentals are available year round
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm;
check out is 11am. A 50% deposit is required at the time of signing the
lease. The final 50% is required 30 days prior to your arrival date, in
addition to a $250 refundable security deposit. Pillows and blankets are
provided; please bring your own towels, pillow cases and sheets.
Off Season Weekend Rentals
2-nite minimum (flexible check in and check out)
Bath and bed linens are included for your convenience.
Rate is $300 per night, plus a refundable $100 security deposit.
This is a non-smoking home. No pets please.
