Elegance...Upon entering the first floor gingerbread porch with its comfortable wicker rockers, guests are invited into the Parlor with its welcoming fireplace. Here and throughout the rest of the house, great efforts have been made to recreate the Victorian spirit of yesteryear. Antique furniture and Turkish carpets, objets d'art, crystal and china, all combine for an air of genteel elegance. Well-proportioned rooms have twelve-foot ceilings. The French doors are fitted with antique hardware reminiscent of the French Empire style.

During the Christmas season, the Parlor becomes especially festive with antique decorations on shimmering trees, highlighted by ornate decorations, cherubs, and angels. And, everywhere, fragrant fresh greens.
