Beautiful Ocean Views!

With a beautiful ocean view, The Capers is situated directly across from Cape May's Grant Street beach where you can sun, surf of just kick back and relax. Our condominium complex has just been resided and has an outside shower for the use of our guests with private parking for one car. We are within walking distance to world-class dining, shopping, miniature golf, bike rentals, entertainment, etc.

Cape May also features bird watching, golf, water sports and activities, fascinating tours and the largest collection of Victorian homes on the East coast. Cape May is close to Atlantic City; a short drive from Wilmington, Philadelphia, and New York; and a ferry ride from Lewes, Del.

We are continually updating our comfortable two-bedroom condominium, which has new central A/C, new ceiling fan/lights in the living room and both bedrooms, central gas heat, full-size washer, and a full-size Kenmore gas dryer. The unit sleeps six (6) persons maximum and has spectacular ocean views from our living room and second bedroom as well as our new ocean view windows installed in 2011. This is also a no smoking and no pets unit for the benefit of all our tenants. We have also recently installed all new windows and new patio doors for the comfort of our guests. 

Our unit has a master bedroom with Queen sized bedroom suite and mattress; our second bedroom with two twin beds; our neutral kitchen has 2 new (2010) Frigidaire refridgerator/freezer (with icemaker!) newer dishwasher (2006); and new Kenmore flat surface self-cleaning electric range installed in 2011. The kitchen is supplied with a blender, coffee maker, built-in microwave oven, dishes, pots and pans, cooking items, etc.  Our air conditioning unit is new and new heater unit was replaced in 2006. We installed a new gas hot water heater in 2006 as well.

A 46" flat screen TV (with cable hook-up) and Blu-ray /DVD player has been located in the living room with a separate stereo/CD player. We also have a sofa bed with full sized mattress in the living room. Our dining area has a table and six chairs. We have a new 32” TV (with cable and Blu-ray) and DVD/VCR player in the Master Bedroom. Both of our bathrooms have tub/shower combinations with hand-held shower units.

Our second bedroom has two (2) twin beds, 20" TV (with cable), and a DVD/VCR unit as well as a private porch overlooking the ocean.

Linens and towels are the responsibility of our Guests.

We also have many of the other things you may need, such as hair dryers, iron, ironing board, etc.

Please remember: we supply blankets and pillows, but linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.
