With a beautiful ocean view, The Capers is situated directly
across from Cape May beach where you can sun, surf of just kick
back and relax. The condominium has an outside shower for the
use of our guests and has private parking for one car and is
within walking distance to world-class dining, shopping,
miniature golf, bike rentals, entertainment, etc. Cape May also features bird watching, golf, water sports and
activities, fascinating tours and the largest collection of
Victorian homes on the East coast. Cape May is close to Atlantic
City; a short drive from Wilmington, Philadelphia, and New York;
and a ferry ride from Lewes, Del. We are continually updating
our comfortable two-bedroom condominium, which has central A/C,
ceiling fan/lights in the living room and both bedrooms, central
heat, full-size washer, and new (2006) full-size Kenmore dryer.
The unit sleeps six (6) persons maximum
and has a spectacular ocean view from the living room and second
bedroom. This is also a no smoking and no pets unit for
the benefit of all our tenants. We have just installed all new
windows and new patio doors for the comfort of our guests. Our unit has a master bedroom with
new queen sized
bed suite and new (2007) mattress; second bedroom with two twin beds; neutral kitchen
cabinets; new dishwasher (2006);
self-cleaning electric range; refrigerator. The kitchen
is supplied with a blender, coffee maker, built-in microwave oven, dishes, pots
and pans, basic cooking items, etc. Our air conditioning and heater units
were replaced in 2006 and we installed a new hot water heater in 2006 as well. A 27" TV (with cable hook-up) and DVD/VCR player has been located in the
living room with a separate CD player. We also have a sofa bed with full sized
mattress in the living room. Our dining area has a table and six chairs. We have
just purchased a new Queen-sized Master Bedroom Suite and have a new 24” TV
(with cable) and DVD/VCR player in the Master Bedroom. Both of our bathrooms
have tub/shower combinations with hand-held shower head units. Our second
bedroom has two (2) twin beds, 13" TV with cable, and a DVD/VCR
unit.

We also have many of the other things you may need,
such as hair dryers, iron, ironing board, etc.
Please remember: we supply blankets and pillows,
but linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.
